Is Holland America Have It All worth it?
The short answer
Have It All can make sense when its four main benefits replace purchases you already planned. An excursion credit or dinner allowance has little value if it does not fit your itinerary.

The standard Have It All offer combines Signature drinks, Surf Wi-Fi, shore excursion credit and specialty dining. Enhanced booking promotions may differ, so use the offer attached to your reservation rather than assuming every advertised extra belongs to the standard package.
For fall 2026 onward, the published 4-to-9-day band includes $100 shore credit and one specialty dinner per guest; 10-to-20-day cruises receive $200 and two dinners; 21 days or longer receive $300 and three dinners, with exclusions including Grand Voyages. Confirm the applicable band and terms for your sailing.
Give the excursion credit a realistic value
Find the excursions you would book without the package. Check whether they are eligible, whether space remains and what you would still pay after the credit. A credit that pushes you into a much more expensive outing is not equivalent to cash saved.
For example, imagine a $100 credit and a $180 eligible tour. You still spend $80 on the tour. If your original plan was a $30 independent outing, the package has changed the holiday as well as the bill. That may be a welcome upgrade, but it is not a $100 reduction in your original budget. These figures illustrate the calculation; they are not a quote for a particular excursion.
Count dinners you can actually schedule
Match the dining allowance to the evenings you expect to be aboard in time and in the mood for a reserved meal. Check the participating restaurants on your ship, any supplements and reservation availability.
A package dinner can be a pleasant highlight without needing to justify the entire bundle. Avoid giving it the value of the most expensive possible meal unless that is what you would otherwise choose. The same principle applies to drinks: estimate normal preferences, not a target to reach each day.
Build a four-line comparison
Write one line each for drinks, Wi-Fi, eligible excursions and specialty dining. Next to each, put the amount you would otherwise spend. Compare the sum with the complete package quote for the cabin, including any required charges.
Keep crew gratuities and any higher internet tier outside that calculation unless your specific offer explicitly includes them. Package names and early-booking bonuses are not interchangeable.
Have It All is easier to justify when several of the four lines matter to you. If nearly all its value depends on one excursion or one service, price that purchase separately. Keep the booking terms with your travel documents so you can distinguish the package you bought from an offer that appears later.
